How do I get started?
- register online;
- choose to participate as a Crusader (individual) or a Pack (team);
- set your personal fundraising goal and head straight for it;
- personalize your fundraising page with a great message, photo(s) and video(s) to motivate others;
- send around the link to your personal fundraising page to reach out to family, friends and coworkers for their support;
- keep up-to-date on all prize deadlines for your chance to win great prizes;
- and have fun and enjoy being a voice for animals provincewide!
How can I help promote Paws for a Cause?
- tell all of your friends, family and coworkers about the campaign (and encourage them to join by starting your own Pack!);
- print out out a few posters and hang them up around town;
- make some of our printable campaign materials (brochures, posters, pledge forms, etc.) available at your workplace or business;
- use internal workplace communications by sending out e-mails to fellow employees or adding blurbs about the campaign to company newsletters, intranet, bulletin boards, etc.;
- discuss the campaign and your personal fundraising efforts on your blog or website;
- display campaign logos and avatars on your website, Facebook, Twitter, etc.;
- share and favourite our videos on our YouTube Channel;
- become a fan of the Official BCSPCA Paws for a Cause Page on Facebook;
- follow Paws for a Cause on Twitter.
